CHOKE!

Uhhhhh so....

Clara took her 5th grade reading assessment and it shows she reads as well as a second grader. Yes, this is the same kid who got a perfect score on her TAKS or whatever it's called.

What's up with that? Was she distracted? Did her brain melt over the summer? Am I a terrible mother who let her only daughter lose her ability to read???

Well, gives us a goal and something to work on, right? Because if there's one thing we need, it's MORE FRIGGIN' THINGS TO WORK ON.
